Frequently Asked

Questions we are asked before every project.

Three integrated programmes. Design & Build covers interior design, turnkey and commercial fit-out, space planning, MEP and authority coordination. Revive covers renovation, refurbishment and upgrades to existing spaces. Care covers hard FM, HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance, and annual maintenance contracts.

All seven Emirates. The majority of our projects are in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and site visits within Dubai are typically arranged within 48 hours of an enquiry.

Every enquiry is acknowledged within one business day. A budget indication usually follows within two to three working days of a site visit. A fully detailed quotation depends on the scope, and typically takes five to seven working days.

A single project manager owns the work from mobilisation to handover and is your one point of contact. You receive a programmed schedule at the outset and structured progress reporting throughout, with issues raised early rather than at completion.

Yes. Authority and building management submissions are part of our scope — drawings, NOCs and inspection coordination are managed by our team. Approval periods are built into the programme we quote rather than treated as an unplanned delay.

MEP design and coordination are managed directly by our engineering team, so mechanical, electrical and plumbing routing is resolved against the interior design before site works begin. This is where most fit-out variations originate, and it is the main reason we keep the discipline integrated.

A typical AMC covers scheduled preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, defined response times for corrective callouts, and periodic condition reporting. Scope and visit frequency are set against the specific asset — a single retail unit and a mixed-use tower do not warrant the same schedule.

Yes, and it is a large share of our renovation work. Works are phased, noisy trades are sequenced outside operating hours where required, and safe segregation is maintained between the works area and the running business. We plan this at quotation stage, not after mobilisation.
